Terms and Conditions

For shipped items, our delivery window is three (3) days, and we ship with UPS.

All work is warranted for a period of 90 days.

It is the customer's responsibility to make the equipment accessible for the repair technician. All work will be done in a quality and workmanship like manner and is subject to the following exclusion of liability:

When lifting a glass/ceramic cooktop surface to access components below it, there is an inherent risk of breakage. The top is attached with strong adhesive, and it is not always possible to achieve separation without the surface fracturing.
When the machinery that is being worked on is connected with the building’s plumbing system, there is an inherent risk that component failure, imperfect connections and/or other faults could result in unintended leakage and/or flooding within the building, potentially causing significant damage.
Refrigeration equipment consists of complex components, any of which can fail without warning, and that any effort to service and/or repair to the same carries inherent risk.

Refund Policy

If you are unsatisfied with the service please send email to support@limetac.com.

We will contact you and if necessary dispatch a service technician to resolve your issue.

If for some reason your issue cannot be resolved, you will be able to obtain a refund of your payment within 30 days of the date of your last the service visit

Please send a email requesting a refund to support@limetac.com. Once approved the refund will be issued to the same credit card that you used for the original payment within a period of 7 days.

Privacy Policy

1 - What information do we collect? When you purchase something from our e-commerce site, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

5 - Security. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We do not store credit card information on our servers , the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and passed to Elavon. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
