We will contact you and if necessary dispatch a service technician to resolve your issue.
If for some reason your issue cannot be resolved, you will be able to obtain a refund of your payment within 30 days of the date of your last the service visit
Please send a email requesting a refund to support@limetac.com. Once approved the refund will be issued to the same credit card that you used for the original payment within a period of 7 days.

4 - Elavon. We use Elavon to process your credit card payments. Your data is transmitted via a secure interface to their system for payment approval and processing. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
5 - Security. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed. We do not store credit card information on our servers , the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and passed to Elavon. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
